    Searching the internet and written records for ancestors is great, but, sometimes you need a field trip. There is a wealth of information to be found by looking at headstones. One problem when doing field research is knowing where to look. These links will make field trips easier by helping you locate the resting places of your ancestors. Obituaries are another wonderful resource. They not only give you vital information, but also give you relationships between relatives and a small window into the person's life.     Historic Liberty Hill A. M. E. is associated with the movement [which began with the case of Briggs v. Elliott, 1950] that laid the groundwork for one of the U. S.
